Cooking Instructions

First wash leaves with water carefully, then finely chopped,

Take a mixing bowl add refined flour also add the needed warm water to the bowl. mix it well, mix it using two hands give force to the dough until it is soft no need to add salt for making dough, for five to six minutes,

Now take one teaspoon oil in your hand and rub the dough by the oil. and cover it with the lid and keep aside for ten minutes.

After that uncover the dough make small balls from the dough and cover again,

In other hand mix two types of leaves then put spinach and coriander leaves in the plate add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper powder and also add the oil mix again and set aside,

Now roll all paratha dough spread it as much as possible with using ata, then add mixed chopped leaves in the dough it spread it half of the paratha dough then fold it like moon type and set aside.

Heat the frying pan add paratha dough, keep the flame of the oven in medium heat, brush both sides of the paratha with the oil and shallow fry.

Tasty paratha is ready.
