Mix Dry Fruits Chikki
Steps
- 1
In a heated nonstick pan transfer the sugar. Let it melt, do not stir.
- 2
Just when it starts melting add ghee and the chopped dry fruits. Mix well.
- 3
Transfer the mixture to a greased plate.
- 4
Give the desired shape to the chikki when it's transferred to the plate. Let it cool down. Makes it easy to now remove them.
- 5
Serve this delicious instant Chikki.
