In a blender add beetroot, curd and blend for 2 mins to get a smooth texture.

Next take it out this in bowl add suji to it and mix well and add water as required.

Keep it aside for 10 mins.

Now preheat the idli cooker and grease the plate with oil.

After 10 mins add eno and salt in mixture and mix well.

Now in a greased plate add batter and sprinkle coriander on top of it.

Now steam dhoklas for 15 mins and take it out when it's completely cooked.

In a pan add oil,mustard seeds, green chillies,curry leaves and sprinkle all over the dhokla.
