Cooking Instructions

Rinse and wash the dal 3-4times and add sufficient water and soak it for overnight.

Next morning, strain the water and add the dal in the mixie jar along wdh ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves and make a smooth batter by adding water too...

As no fermentation required for this preparation,mix the batter well,add salt to taste.

Heat a iron griddle/non stick pan grease well,add a ladleful of batter and spread evenly all over.drizzle some oil around the edges and cover with a lid...let it cook for 1minute and flip on to the other side,no need of covering it.

Moong dal dhirde/dose are ready to serve...

Accompanied by coconut chutney or any dip of ur choice.

Note:- If u wanna the dhirdes more crispier may add in 2tbsp of rice flour along wdh the dal while grinding....
