Steps

Pressure cook dal for 4 whistles

Then pour the dal in pan with Lil water mix well boil for 5 mins

Then add jaggery powder mix well and let it boil for 15 mins on low flame keep stirring in between to avoid sticking into bottom

Meanwhile in small pan add ghee roast all chopped dry fruits and coconut and keep it aside

Now check the sweetness in dal and set according to ur taste once done add all roasted dry fruits and coconut mix well boil for 3 mins and serve hot(in case it's very watery u can add a tsp of maida in hot ghee fry for 2 mins and add it to payasam)
