Cut the paneer in square shaped cubes

The veggies also should be chopped in square shapes

Take a large size mixing bowl add hung curd and whisk it till it smooth

Add all the spice powder and salt with the curd and mix well

Now add all veggies and paneer to the marinate and keep in refrigerator atleast 1 hour

Remove after 1 hour from refrigerator and heat a nonstick pan, add butter and shallow fry both the sides till golden brown

I cooked only in pan without any skewers or any toothpicks, u can fry in skewers also, arrange paneer and veggies alternately on skewer or in a toothpick and shallow fry both sides, don't overcook. Now serve hot
