Ingredients

Beef & Marinate
250 gsirloin beef cubes
1 tspcornflour
1 tsplight soy sauce
1 tspsesame oil
1 tspginger (julienned)
Other Ingredients
1/2Red Capsicum
1/2Green Capsicum
1small onion
Stir fry Sauce
3 tbspWater
3 tbspAbalone sauce
1 tsplight soy sauce
1 tspcorn flour
1 tspfreshly grounded black pepper
1/4 tspsugar

Steps

Marinate beef cubes and let sit 10 mins

Sear beef cubes in pan and remove

Add some oil to the pan and stir fry onion and capsicum
4

Return beef cubes to pan and pour in stir fry sauce and stir up for a minute
5

Finish up with some additional black pepper to taste
