  • Egg yolk for brushing

Steps

    Roll the dough in thin. And cut diagonally.

    Now fold these diagonal pieces from broad side to thin side.

    Make these croissant and brush with egg yolk.

    Now bake it in pre heated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
