Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour
  2. Water as required
  3. 1 cupshreded cabbage
  4. 1 cupfinely sliced onions
  5. 1 cupshreded carrot
  6. 1/2 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  7. 1 tspblack pepper
  8. 1finely chopped green chilli
  9. 1 tspeach finely chopped ginger and garlic
  10. 3 tspfinely chopped coriander leaves
  11. 1/4 cupfinely chopped green onions
  12. Oil for frying
  13. 1 cuphung curd
  14. 1 tbsproasted besan
  15. 1 tspcoriander powder
  16. 1 tspcumin powder
  17. 1 tspblack salt
  18. 2 tspmustard oil
  19. 1 tspturmeric powder
  20. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  21. 1charcoal

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour water and make a semi stiff dough keep it aside..
    Now take this in a muslin cloth add the cabbage, onion and carrot add little salt then take out the excess water

  2. 2

    Then take out this mixture in a plate add the other veggies and dry spices then take a rolling pin take out small portion of ball from the dough roll it then using a cutter cut it into circle now take one circle pour

  3. 3

    1 tsp veggie mixture in it then seal the edges then deep fry those momo in hot oil once done keep it aside then in a bowl add hung curd, roasted besan and other dry spices and ginger garlic paste then

  4. 4

    Coat this momo very well then add 1 burn charcoal and cover the lid for 5 minutes then heat a pan drizzle with some oil then roast the momo served hot with schezwan sauce and green chutney..
