  • 2 cupAll purpose flour
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededOil
  • 1/2 cupCorn flour
  • For stuffing
  • 1 packetNoodles
  • 1Capsicum
  • 2Carrot
  • 2Onion
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic
  • 1/4 cupCabbage
  • 2green chilli finely chopped
  • 2 tspCoriander leave
  • 2 tbspChilli ketchup
  • 2 tbspTomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tbspblack Pepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a dough using the above ingredients. Roll thin tortillas of it.

    Fry the Noodles with all the ingredients mentioned for stuffing.

    Fill the stuffing into the rolls and fold it properly. Heat oil in wok. Deep fry the rolls on medium flame. Serve with ketchup or chutney.
