Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick)soft or melted butter
  • 3large ripe bananas
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 3/4 cupSplenda (or 1/2 cup sugar if you don’t want sugar free)
  • 1 1/2 scoopsunflavored whey protein powder
  • 1 cupAP flour
  • 3/4 cupchopped walnuts and/or chocolate chips
  • Equal parts cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on top before baking

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350. Cream butter, bananas, and egg together.

  2. 2

    Add dry ingredients and mix, and nuts/chocolate last.

  3. 3

    Put in greased muffin tins or muffin sheets. DONT FORGET TO ADD CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE ON TOP!! Bake for 20 min
