Chatpati aalo tikki katori chaat

For katori:firstly prepare a maida dough by mixing all the ingredients except oil to deep fry.

Now a small size dough ball and flatten it with the help of rolling pin. Dust the dough with flour and roll slightly thick. Place a small katori and wrap the dough. Prick the wrap dough with the fork

Meanwhile heat oil in a wolk and when the oil is heated enough deep fry katori on medium flame or bake in oven for 30 min at 180'celcius

Splash oil till katori separate from dough. Now fry the till it turns golden brown and crisp. Drain the katori on kitchen towel and keep aside.. Meanwhile prepare aaloo tikki.

For aaloo tikki:take boiled and mashed potatoes and mix all the ingredients of tikki except oil and prepare patty/tikki with the help of greased hands. And shallow fry patty/tikki on low flame till golden and crisp and keep the tikki aside.

Assembling and garnishing the katori chaat: take a prepared katori and add in one aaloo tikki, 2 spoon full boiled chana, 2 tsp curd/ yogurt, 1 tsp green chutney, 1 tsp imli chutney also sprinkle some salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, roasted jeera powder, some chopped onions, chilli, coriander leaves and some sev. Finally Serve hot immediately after sprinkling sev.
