First soaked urad Dal and moong Dal at least 5-6 hour.then washed them properly until the water comes out clean.Grind them in a mixer Karin to a fine paste.

Take out in a big mixing bowl.add salt asafoetida ginger chilli paste and mix it well with the help of whisker at least 8-9 mnt until the mixer become light and fluffy.

Then heat the oil in kadhai.drop medium size vadas from the better with your hands.fry them on medium flame by turning them until become golden brown colour.

Then take them out in a big bowl of salted water.add 1/2 cup of buttermilk in a salted water bowl.soaked all vadas in a water at least 30 mnts.now squeeze out the water from the vadas.now take a sweet curd.

Now take a sweet curd.coated all bhalle.arrange them in a serving plate.pour some curd on the top of the vadas.add tamrind chutney green chutney.

Now sprinkle red chilli powder,cumin powder,chat masala on it.garnish with some chopped fresh coriander leaves.... ready to serve.....
