1.First make the paste for gravy. Take 1/2 cup of onion, 6-7 gloves, 1/2 inch roughly chopped ginger. 2.Heat the pan and fry it in 1tbsp oil till it turns light gloden in colour. 3.Put it in a mixer and make a smooth paste out of it

Now in a heated pan add 1tbsp oil mustard seeds & cumin seeds,when they splutter add curry leaves. Stir for 3-4 secs then add the onion paste and fry by adding 1/2 tsp salt and haldi and 1tsp chilli powder fry well till masala leaves oil and keep aside.

Again in a pan add 2 tbsp oil.Then add chopped garlic, green chillies and chopped onion saute it for 2-3 mins and add chopped capsicum.fry for another 2 mins in a high flame and now slow the flame add the ground paste to the pan

Now add all the dry masala (curry powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder) and water (if needed). add salt saute it still all the masala mix well.Into it now add Grated paneer and butter cube and stir it in low flame for 3-4 min. Then add Garam masala.

Cover the pan for 2 min. Add tomato sauce and stir for 10 secs. Now your keema paneer salan is ready, garnish it with chopped Coriander and serve it with hot chapatti or Naan.
