Ingredients

  • 1kilo of cow meat
  • Spices; garlic powder, thyme, cinnamon powder, black pepper
  • Coriander, ginger salt & seasonings
  • Onions
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the meat once & place in a clean pot, add the seasonings & spices, add sliced onions, add salt & water.

    Allow it for an hour on fire until soft, deep fry in vegetable oil & enjoy.
