Steps

Take wheat flour in a big bowl add salt and mix well.

Now pour water and knead the flour. Apply oil and keep it aside, covered for 20 minutes.

Now take the paneer and crumble it a another bowl.

Keep the other ingredients ready.

Now put the chopped ingredients in the bowl along with the dry masala powders and mix well.

Now take the kneaded flour and make equal balls of it. Take one ball, dust some dry flour on the platform and start rolling it.

Now put the stuffing on the rolled roti. Close it from all sides, such that the stuffing doesn’t come out. Seal it and make a ball and then roll again.

Then heat a tawa and when hot put the rolled parantha on the tawa. Cook it from both sides. Drizzle oil from the sides and put on top. Press it with a spatula and cook till nice and crisp. Put ghee on top when done.

Serve hot with curd and pickle of your choice.
