Knead the maida and wheat flour till a smooth dough. Make it a thin layer of chapati. Half cook it in a pan. Keep them aside.

Flip both the side and cook it.

Take a pan add one tsp oil. Add cumin seeds when it starts crackling add chopped onion and garlic and ginger paste cook it. Add tomato and dry spices red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder.mix them well. Add smashed potatoes. Salt as per taste. Mix them well.

Now the decoration part. Take a pan add some oil fry the chapati. Take the chapati out of the pan spread half of the chapati with green chutney and rest half with tomato sauce. Now put the potato stuffing on it raw carrot and cabbage, onion and capsicum.

Grated cheese and sprinkle mixed herbs on it wrap the chapati. Serve it hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
