Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet
  • King prawns
  • Chinese leaf lettuce chopped
  • Asparagus blanched
  • Radish sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Mangetout blanched
  • Basil shredded
  • Avocado diced
  • Lime juice & zest
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1chilli chopped
  • 1 clovegarlic chopped
  • 1lime zest
  • Parsley picked
  • Xtra V olive oil
  • S&P

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a dressing using soy sauce chilli garlic & lime juice & zest with a splash of extra virgin olive oil

  2. 2

    Season salmon & prawns with s&p & smother with mixture

  3. 3

    Bake in hot oven for 12/15 mins

  4. 4

    Add all ingredients to make salad

  5. 5

    Serve with the warm dressing
