Ingredients

  1. Salmon fillet
  2. King prawns
  3. Chinese leaf lettuce chopped
  4. Asparagus blanched
  5. Radish sliced
  6. Cherry tomatoes
  7. Mangetout blanched
  8. Basil shredded
  9. Avocado diced
  10. Lime juice & zest
  11. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  12. 1chilli chopped
  13. 1 clovegarlic chopped
  14. 1lime zest
  15. Parsley picked
  16. Xtra V olive oil
  17. S&P

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a dressing using soy sauce chilli garlic & lime juice & zest with a splash of extra virgin olive oil

  2. 2

    Season salmon & prawns with s&p & smother with mixture

  3. 3

    Bake in hot oven for 12/15 mins

  4. 4

    Add all ingredients to make salad

  5. 5

    Serve with the warm dressing
