Ingredients

  1. 10balls of medium.size tomatoes
  2. 5small scoth bonnet (ata rodo)
  3. Salt
  4. Onions
  5. Roasted shawa and titus
  6. 1/4of maggis(optional)

    Blend the washed tomatoes and pepper and onions coarsely,put in a serving dish add salt little maggi,add the roasted titus and shawa..slice onions into it and it's ready.its very healthy.this is the pepper mix they serve you when you buy donkunu also called kenken (Ghanaian swallow).

Wow! Thanks for sharing. We call it ìmóòyò or óóta in Yewa part of Ogun state, we eat it with cold moulded pap(eko tutu). Though we don't blend coarsely here, we cut into tiny bits with knife
