In a big bowl put Besan,add corrriander leaves, little khuskhus, Red chilli powder,haldi, corrriander powder, Salt, apinch Soda, Ajwain than put 2tbsp Oil than khead the mixture nicely and make tikki, keep aside

Then in a mixer blender put chopped tomatoes green chillies, little ginger,blend it,in a Cooker put Oil and put little Ginger garlic paste and all Spices,put tomatoes mixture and stir for few minutes and then put Curd mixture (curd+1tsp besan)

Stir for few minutes and then put water and Salt as per taste and put Besan tikki in the mixture and cover the cooker for 1whistle and sim the flame for few minutes till it's done

Lastly granish with corrriander leaves and kasuri methi and little garam masala and serve with hot chapati yummy it taste
