Ingredients

  1. For making bhature
  2. 2 cupmaida/All purpose flour
  3. As neededWater
  4. 1 cup curd
  5. For making chole
  6. 1 cupBoiled chole(chickpeas)
  7. 2Fried onion
  8. 3Tomato
  9. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  10. 1Green chilli
  11. 1 tspCoriander leaves
  12. 4 tspImli (tamarind)chutney
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1 tspCoriander powder
  15. to tasteRed chilli powder
  16. 1/2 tspGaram masala
  17. 2 tspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Make the dough of maida suji and curd keep it for 2 hours

    Make the paste of fried onion tomato green chilli and coriander

  3. 3

    Put some oil in cooker then put salt chilli powder garam masala coriander powder in the oil then add the paste to it add garlic and ginger paste let it coom for 5-10 min then add boiled chole to it.Then put it upto the 2 vessel blow then open the cooker and add imli chutney to it.

    After 2 hrs roll the bhature on small size and fry it

    Serve hot with chole
