Dahi Pakoriyan

Add plain yogurt, green chilli paste, salt, black pepper and finely coriander leaves in it and mix it well.

In required water add fried pakoriyan for soaking it, cover for 20 minutes.

Now add chopped cabbage, chopped onions,diced Boiled Potatoes and boiled chickpeas in Yogurt mixture and mix it well.

Now check the pokariyan if they soaked then by squeezing discard the access water. Add these pakoriyan in Yogurt mixture and mix.

Add some Chaat masala and serve in iftar. Enjoy
