  • Red,green,yellow bell peppers
  • Onion
  • Ovacado
  • Cooking oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Tenderise your meat and bake then boil your rice and prepare the other ingredients

    In a sufuria add oil and onions and salt saute them then add the peppers let them cook for 2 mins then add your boiled rice for another 2 min then remove and serve
