Steps

Wash and soak dal.

Pressure cook dal.

Heat oil and ghee in kadai add jeera,saunf,red chillies,garlic,ginger, onions and saute for a while.

Now add turmeric powder, chilly powder,hing, corriander leaves, kasuri methi and mix well.

Add dal to kadai mix it well and add dry mango powder,salt and water to make consistency add chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice and chapati.
