Soak duli moong dal in warm water for an hour. Drain and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan add Cumin seeds +high +drain moong dal +salt+1/2 cup water and mix well. Cover with a lid and lightly steam the dal till just about cooked. Cool it at room temperature.then add chopped onions +chopped tomato +chopped green chilli +chopped Coriander leaves +black salt +lime juice and mix well.

Serve with chopped Coriander leaves and aloo bhujiya for extra crunch.
