Combine besan, sugar, lemon juice, salt. Then add little by little water and make a batter.

Before add eno soda in batter first grease with oil any plate or mould.then pre heat dhokla cooker. Now add eno soda in batter and mix.gentely. then pour in mould and steam for 15minutes. Next check with knife. If knife will come out dry then dhokla will ready.

Now prepare for tadka.

Heat oil then add mustard seeds,cumin seeds, green chilli, sesame seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves. Let it crackle and then pour it on a dhokala. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
