  10. 2 Tbspkarahi fry ghosht masala

  1. 1

    Sab se phely ek pan man oil dalein or piyaz cut Kar ke dalein

  2. 2

    Jab piyaz light brown ho jay to lehsan adrak paste dalein

  3. 3

    Baigan or aloo cut Kar lein or Pani man Dal lein

  4. 4

    Tomato cut karin or masala dalein (haldi,mirch, dhaniya powder,fry ghosht masala, kasuri methi,salt)

    Achi tarha bhoon lein masla

  6. 6

    Than baigan or aloo Dal ke dum per Rakh dein

  7. 7

    5 minute baad Green chilli Dal dein

  8. 8

    Baigan or aloo gal jay to or oil Chor de to ready hy salan

  9. 9

    Last man hara dhaniya Dalein

  10. 10

    Chawal ke sath serve karin
