Boil your yam together with a little Maggi to taste Add a little water bcoz we don't want it to over boil

After it boils smash the yam with a spoon add yr grated scotch bonnet and onions to d Smash yam and mix

Add your mince meat,maggi and curry

Add all and mold it according to your size of choice
5

For frying deep it inside your egg, flour remove and deep again to you egg den bread crumbs

Serve with sauce or ketchup Enjoy
