Ingredients

10 to 12 person
  • 2 cupsgranulated sugar
  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 1and 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1and 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cupcoco powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tspvanilla essence
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupmilk or cream (both mix taken)
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 cupboiling hot water
  • 1/2 cupmilk (for moisture)
  • Frosting
  • 1/2 kgwhipped cream box
  • Pink food colour
  • Wilton 2m nozzle

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven for 10 mins for 180 degree C. Now first add all dry ingredients and mix

  2. 2

    Then add all wet ingredients except boiling water. Beat at medium speed beat till sugar melts

  3. 3

    Then add hot boiling water and beat for 1 min

  4. 4

    Then pour the mixture in a grease pan and bake it for 35 to 40 or insert toothpick in it.if it comes out clear then it’s done

  5. 5

    Now cook down for atleast 30 mins

  6. 6

    Then cut half from middle so it makes 2 layer, one bottom layer and one upper layer

  7. 7

    Now for frosting beat cream it will double in size first make 3 portions of cream. Add colour like light dark and darker

  8. 8

    Now moist both sides of bottom layer with 2 tbsp milk both sides and apply cream on bottom layer then take upper layer moist it with milk then top on whipped cream at bottom layer

  9. 9

    Now cover whole cake with cream and fisrt make rossette with darker then dark then light and cover the light
