I Use to cook the chicken before frying cos I thought it won't cook through if fried like that, alas, i was astonished at how tasty & cooked it turned out.

I Use to cook the chicken before frying cos I thought it won't cook through if fried like that, alas, i was astonished at how tasty & cooked it turned out.

In a bowl or pan, marinate the chicken by adding the spices, seasoning cubes, onion, ginger & garlic paste, pepper,soy sauce. Mix using clean hand. Let sit for 4hrs or more. The longer it sit the more tasty it will be. (in a hurry)

Sieve the flour, corn flour in a plate. Add in seasoning cubes to taste as well as spices, milk powder & chilli pepper. Mix. Break the eggs in a bowl, add in little salt. Set aside

Roll the chicken in flour, then in egg & in flour again. Set aside. Do same for the rest

Fry in medium heat to allow the Chicken cook through.
