Cooking Instructions

Saute 4 onions in oil on high heat with 2 large pinches kosher salt. Add water to soften onions and speed process. Once browning, reduce heat to low and pool ~1 TBSP of additional oil in middle of onions

Add 3-4 cloves diced garlic, approximately 1 inch diced, fresh ginger, 1 TBSP turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, 1.5 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chilli powder. Heat through on med-high and then through onions.

Add 2.5 pounds chicken breast; cook on med-high until all chicken is white and cooked through

Add 2 cups (or 1 can) chicken broth. Mix through. Cook semi-covered approximately 20 min until gravy thickens

Reduce heat to medium. Add 8oz (12 oz if want richer) half & half. Sprinkle 1.5 tsp garam masala over top. Mix and heat through to gravy consistency, approximately 5 - 10 min, depending on desired consistency
