Blunch peas and keep aside also lunch carrots and keep aside

Half fry the sausages and keep aside

Boil 1litre of water,add enough salt,60ml oil then add your 500g macaroni and cook till soft and drain excess liquid if any and set aside

Cut your sausages into 5 pieces each

Fry onions till soft, add tomatoes cook until soft add carrots and peas and stir thoroughly, add yogurt stir then simmer for 5minutes

Add the cooked macaroni stir gently, taste for seasoning and summer for 5 mins stir and garnish with chopped dania or parsley then present for service

For salad, cut the avocados into cubes and slice tomatoes into thin c-shaped slices

Finely chop onions and add vinegar and stir them immediately mix in avocados and tomatoes add salt and a pinch of black pepper taste for seasoning. This salad can be served with pasta dishes

Serve you presented macaroni with salad😋😋
