Prepare this healthy almond cake in no time and have it in your iftar or sehri with a cup of tea when you are running out of time.❤
Steps

Beat together oil, eggs and sugar on medium speed until creamy.

Fold in all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, almonds powder) into the oil, eggs and sugar mixture. Add vanilla essence too.

Prepare your baking pan by buttering it's base and sides very well. Put some crushed almonds on the sides of baking pan and ten then remove the excess by tapping the pan.

Pour the cake batter in your pan and bake it on 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes until done.

Spook a skewer in cake to check if it comes out clean. If it comes out clean, your cake is done.

Now let the pan cool down before inverting the cake on a cooling rack.

Invert your cake on a cooling rack and let it cool down conpletely.

Prepare apricot sauce. In a pan put apricot jam and water together. Cook until it reaches the required consistency. Cool it down a bit and then pour over your almond cake.
