1 cupwheat flour
1/2 tspcarom seeds
1 pinchhing/asafoetida
1green chilli chopped
2.5 tspoil
1/2 tspsalt
2 tspfresh coriander leaves
1 tspred chilli flakes
As neededOil for frying

Soak moong dal fr 2hrs.

Knead a tight dough adding all the ingredients.

Make small balls and roll them.

Deep fry on a low medium flame.

Serve hot with tea or coffee
