Pineapple Squash
Refreshing summer drink!
Steps

Remove pineapple skin, grate it and weigh it. Use other ingredients in proportion to the weight. This recipe is as per 1 kg weight of grated pineapple. You can adjust accordingly.

Of the 1750 ml water, boil 500 ml water. Once the water starts boiling switch off the flame and put grated pineapple in it. Let it soak for 10 mins.

After that put the grated pineapple in the mixer and blend it. Use a seive to filter the pineapple juice.

Make a sugar syrup from 1750g sugar and 1250ml water and add 5 tsp citric acid to it.

Add pineapple juice to the sugar syrup and mix it well. Store this in a bottle for future use.

Add 1/4 part pineapple squash and 3/4 water to make a refreshing drink
