Ingredients

  • 300 gchicken breasts
  • 1/3 cupknorr seasoning
  • 1/3 cupvinegar
  • 1 pcwhole garlic (crushed)
  • Ground pepper
  • 2 pcsbay leaves
  • 2 pcssiling sigang
  • 1/2 pcmedium carrot
  • 2 pcsonion leeks stems
  • 6 pcscalamansi
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in a cooking pot and place in pre-heated stove in medium heat.

  2. 2

    Cover lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Remove lid and let it simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
