Best breakfast options for everyone. It's very simple and easy recipe. And all ingredients easily available in our kitchen. You can make it "oil free" also on nonstick tawa.

In a deep mixing bowl take all dry ingredients and mix well. Gradually add water and make a lumps free paste. Adjust consistency to make perfect chila. It should be smooth flowing consistency.

Heat a tawa, let the pan become medium hot. Then take a ladle full of the batter and pour on the pan. Gently spread with the back of the ladle. Cook it on medium flame until top of chila looks cooked. Flip it and spread some oil/ghee. Cook for a couple of minutes.

Chila is ready to serve. Serve hot with nimbu aachar and chutney. But kids prefer to eat it with sauce.
