Ingredients

2.5 hours
4 servings
  1. 1.5 kgchicken wings
  2. 1whole onion sliced
  3. 1whole bulb of garlic
  4. 1 tspchilli flakes
  5. 1 1/2 tspcracked pepper
  6. 3bay leaves
  7. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  8. 1/4 cupvinegar

Cooking Instructions

2.5 hours
  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to a pot and marinate for 1 hour

  2. 2

    After marinating bring the pot of ingredients to a boil

  3. 3

    Turn the heat down to medium and let it simmer. Stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    When the sauce reduces and thickens you're done!
