Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 cupQuaker oats
  2. 1 tspmustard seeds
  3. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 tspchana dal
  5. 7curry leaves
  6. 3 cupswater
  7. 1/4salt
  8. 1 tsplemon juice
  9. 1 tspGinger garlic paste (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dry roast mustard seeds, chana dal and curry leaves in a pan.

    Add water and bring it to boil Mix turmeric powder, squeeze half a lemon juice, Ginger garlic paste and salt.

  3. 3

    Add oats and cook for 2-3 mins until it becomes a thick mixture. Healthy oats are ready.
