Ingredients

  1. 2pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 cupsour cream
  3. 1 cupsalsa
  4. 1 canblack beans, drained and rinsed
  5. 1 canmexi corn, or regular corn
  6. 1small can sliced black olives, drained
  7. 1 canRotel
  8. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place softened cream cheese in large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Combine with sour cream until smooth.

  3. 3

    Add in salsa and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add in remaining ingredients.

  5. 5

    Stir until well combined. Place in fridge overnight or until ready to serve.

  6. 6

    Enjoy with tortilla chips!

  7. 7

    Optional: if you want to kick up the flavor a notch, add in a package of ranch dip mix!
