Make a soft dough and keep it rest for 20 min.

Heat the oil put cumin, aniseed, coriander seed, green chilli and grated ginger.

Cook this for 1-2 min in low flame.

Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and boiled (mashed) potatoes.

Cook for 5 min in low flame, stuffing is ready.

Take small balls and roll the dough put stuffing and fold it.

Now deep fry all the kachori in low flame.
