  1. 1 1/8 lbsmasa harina dough (about 500 grams)
  2. 1/2 lbOaxaca cheese (about 225 grams)
  3. 4serrano peppers
  4. Salt, to taste
  5. as neededVegetable oil,
  6. Mexican crema, to taste
  7. Shredded cheese, to taste
  8. Salsa of your choice, to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Roll the masa into balls and press each one into a tortilla using a tortilla press.

    Add the filling—Oaxaca cheese and slices of serrano pepper.

    Fold the tortilla in half and press the edges to seal well.
