Fold the tortilla in half and press the edges to seal well.

Fry in a skillet with vegetable oil until the dough is fully cooked and golden.

Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Serve with crema, salsa, and shredded cheese. Ready to eat! You can fill them with anything you like.
