Ingredients

15-20 minutes
8 servings
  1. Halfa bowl boneless chicken
  2. 2-3 tbsginger garlic paste
  3. 2 slicesbread (wheat or white)
  4. 3 tbsmilk
  5. 1 cuprice flour
  6. 1 tbsred chilli powder
  7. 1 tbssalt
  8. 1 tbsgaram masala powder
  9. Oil as required

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes

    Add 2-3 tbs ginger garlic paste to half bowl pieces of cut boneless and grind together in a blender.

    Then separately in a blender, add 2 broken slices of bread with or without crust, add few tbs of milk and blend well. As shown in the picture.

    Then, add the bread mixture along with a cup of rice flour and a tbs of red chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder to the minced chicken. Mix everything well together.

    Make round patties. Then use anything round that's small in size like a bottle cap and make a hole from the centre part as shown.

    Fry on low heat 2 mins on each side or until golden brown. Serve with salad.
