Ingredients

1 serving
  • 3/4 th glass Hung Curd
  • 1/4 the glassCurd Water
  • As per taste Powdered Sugar
  • As per taste Condensed Milk
  • As requiredChopped Almonds
  • As requiredChopped Cashews
  • As required Chopped Unsalted Pistachios
  • 10-15 strandsSaffron(Kesar)

Steps

  1. 1

    Hang the curd in a muslin cloth and extract water. This water can be used to balance the thickness of the lassi.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl. Put hung curd in it. Mix it well with a spoon or blend it lightly with Hand-Blender. Add water extracted while making curd as per requirement.

  3. 3

    Add powdered sugar, chopped nuts and 5-6 strands of saffron. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add condensed milk. (Optional) caramelized sugar paste can be added instead.

  5. 5

    Pour the lassi in a glass. Garnish it with chopped nuts and kesar. Serve chilled.
