Hang the curd in a muslin cloth and extract water. This water can be used to balance the thickness of the lassi.

Take a bowl. Put hung curd in it. Mix it well with a spoon or blend it lightly with Hand-Blender. Add water extracted while making curd as per requirement.

Add powdered sugar, chopped nuts and 5-6 strands of saffron. Mix well.

Add condensed milk. (Optional) caramelized sugar paste can be added instead.

Pour the lassi in a glass. Garnish it with chopped nuts and kesar. Serve chilled.
