  2. 1 cupRava
  3. 3Tomato
  4. 2Green chilli
  5. 1 inchGinger
  6. 1Onion
  7. to tasteSalt,black pepper chat masala according
  8. 2Garlic
  9. 1 tbspCoriander

Cooking Instructions

    First collect all the ingredients.wash and cut all tomatoes,1green chilli,ginger,garlic and made the fine paste of it.made powder of quinoa in the mixer jar.

    Add rava,quinoa in the pulp of tomato,add salt,black pepper,chat masala and Coriander in it.

  3. 3

    Now,cut the onion and another 1 chilli in small pieces.clean the dosa tawa with water and paper napkin.on the gas,sprinkle onion and green chilli pieces on the tawa.

    Pour batter of tomato quinoa mixture on the tawa.cook it well from both the sides.quinoa uttapam is ready.serve it with green chutney.
