Steps

In a bowl mix suji curd and salt. Add one cup of water. Rest it for half an hour.

After half an hour if the batter looks dry add half cup of water. Mix properly. The batter should be flowing consistency.

Now grease idly mould with oil. Add two tsp of Eno in the batter. Mix well the immediately start filling the mould with batter.

Heat water in idly cooker. Place the idly stand in the cooker. Steam for ten minutes.

In microwave, the idlies are made in 4-5 minutes. The soft fluffy idlies are ready to serve. It can be served with sambar and chutney.

For sambar--

In a karahi heat oil add mustard seed Fenugreek seed and whole red chilli. After few second add hing in it.

Now add chopped onion and saute. When it is translucent in colour add tomatoes salt and turmeric powder. When tomatoes are soft add vegetables. Fry it add sambar masala and water. Boil vegetables.

When veggies are cooked add boiled dal. Boil sambar for 3-4 minutes. Add tamarind water in the sambar.

For chutney--

Take all the ingredients in a blender and grind it with water. It should have a thick consistency.

Now take a tarka pan heat two tsp of oil add mustard seed curry leaves, urad dal and whole red chilli. Fry it and pour on the chutney.
