Ingredients

  1. 1 tspchana dal
  2. 1 tspurad dal
  3. Oil
  4. 1medium onion
  5. 1big tomato
  6. 1small piece of ginger
  7. 8-10garlic cloves
  8. Salt
  9. 2 tbspncurd
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 4-5curry leaves
  13. 2 tbspncoriander leaves
  14. Vaghar
  15. Oil
  16. 1 tspmustard seeds
  17. 8-10curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil to the pan saute chana dal and urad dal,add onion and tomato keep mixing add 8 to 10 cloves of garlic and small piece of ginger keep on cooking it,once it's done let it cool! Now add this mixture to the grinder and add curd,red chilli powder,salt,coriander powder,coriander leaves and curry leaves grind it into fine paste! Ready.

    Vaghar- Add oil to the pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves add this to the chutney paste,mix well and serve with dosas!
