In a clean bowl, pour in milk

Then yeast, and allow to sit for 5mins

Transfer to a clean surface,

Knead for 20mins, transfer back into the bowl, put in a warm place and allow to double in size

Transfer back to the surface and roll out dough

Scoop jam with a spoon

And spread around the dough

Fold or roll dough

Use a thread-like strand to cut into a fine circle

Place in a baking bowl, cover

And allow to double in size, pop into a pre-heated oven and bake for 20-30mins

Prepare glaze, with just milk and powdered sugar or icing sugar.
