Khaman Waffle
Steps

In a large bowl sieve besan and rava. Add ginger paste, green chilli, haldi, sugar, hing and oil and lemon juice.

Prepare a smooth batter adding necessary water.

Just before making the waffles add the fruit salt and mix gently.

You can alternatively use a pinch of baking soda.

Preheat a waffle iron machine according to it's manual.

Apply little oil on waffle plate. Immediately pour batter into the waffle plates and spread evenly.

Put some oil over the batter and close the lid.

Let the waffles for atleast 5-7 minutes until nicely golden.

Remove it from the waffle maker.

Tempering :- heat oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and pinch of hing also.

Add green chilli, few curry leaves and allow to splutter. Further add 2 tsp water and sugar and salt and mix well and boil the water well.

Add lemon juice and mix well. Pour the tempering over waffle.

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and grated cheese.

Serve with garlic, red chilli chutney and green chutney.
