Kofta is my favourite dish.i have made 45 kofta of 1 kg mince.600 for mince and 100 for nan , onion,oil,tomatoes,spices and yogurt .
700/45 =15.5
I have Cooked 6 kofta in dinner (means 100 Rs for this dish today.)Rest are freezed for next luxurious meal.
Chicken Pulao is easiest dish to be cooked.
Freshly baked plain cake is sweet dish to soothe craving for sweet tooth.

1 kgMince
3Onion
2 tspGinger paste
2 tspGarlic paste
5Green chillies
half cupOil
1 cupRoasted chickpeas powder
half cupPoppy seeds
4 tbspYogurt
2 tbspSalt
2 tbspRed chilli
2 tbspDry coriander
2 tbspCumin seeds
Potato 1(optional)
2Tomatoes
1Egg

Take mince washed and dried throughly.

Fry the onions, add two portion in mince and keep one portion for gravy.

Add ground roasted chickpeas an egg and make balls.

Add salt,red chillie,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,dry coriander,cumin poppy seeds and mix it well.(half of spices will be used in kofta and half for curry)

Now for gravy,add 1 portion fried onion in oil.add ginger garlic green chillies and tomato paste. Now add all remaining spices and fry.

Add kofta in gravy and put one potato and add water and cook it until it is done

Garnish with coriander and chillies.
